Doctor who-sleepy

Donna Noble sat on her bed quietly with a blanket wrapped around her, she had been through a hard time and wanted to relax and calm down. She sighed some blinking the tears away shifting on the bed, she looked out the window as she heard the door open and a quick stride, "'ello, Donna. I got yah something." The Doctor said and waddled up behind her.

She wipes her face off and turns around trying to smile, "thanks, doctor." She choked out. His expression became worried he reaches his hands out and gently grabs her shoulders rubbing them with his thumbs, "what's the matter, sweetheart?" She shrugged and sighed turning her eyes to the floor with a sheepish look. "I just don't what to do, make sense of it all I guess...those people's faces..." she mumbled, his face melts into a small frown as he yanks her close to him-wrapping his long thin arms around her giving her a quick kiss on the head.

She tried to hold herself back from crying but than she couldn't hold it in anymore she hugged him back almost crushing him crying into his chest. He grunts softly stroking her hair and shushing her quietly rocking her back and forth like a baby, "Do you want to go back h-" "DON'T YOU DARE SAY, 'HOME' OR ELSE I'LL GIVE THAT SKINNY BUM A GOOD KICKIN." She exclaimed and yanked away crossing her arms and sighing, the Doctor blinked as he took a step back he put his hands on his hips and shook his head, "you are tired, Miss Noble." He stated. Her eyes got big with anger she opened her mouth but he put his finger up to her lips, "let's get you back into bed." He said with a kind smile. "What?! PF, you are NOT putting me to bed like some child...." she began to rub her eye as he pushed her to her bed, he laid her down and took her shoes off.

He giggled she whips her head up and laughs loudly, the Doctor was very confused. Donna rolled over on her side laughing, "OH! THAT WAS SOOOOO FUNNY!" She bellowed and wrapped her arm around her stomach. His eyebrow raises and giggles again, she goes into a fit so bad that he thought she might be having a heart-attack, "Donna, are you alright?" She laughed once more before she stopped and coughed, "yes...I'm alright...." She said and sighed wiping a tear away, "I haven't laughed like that in ages......" He crossed his arms and sat down on the bed leaning a bit closer, "I'm glad to help," he gave a huge goofy grin giggling again, "...thank you, Doctor." she said with a smile and kissed his cheek, he blushes and shrugs, "you are so very, very, very welcome, Donna." The Time-lord helped her get under the covers tucking her in, he kissed her forehead making her chuckle some.

"Stay with me?" Donna asked quietly, Doctor was about to protest but she grabbed him by his pants and pulled him next to her wrapping her arms around him. He laid there awkwardly clearing his throat but when she wouldn't let go he melted into her wrapping his arms around her as well, "good night, Miss Noble," "good night, Doctor." She fell asleep and he nuzzles her gently then drops his face to her hair inhaling it once more before he drifts off to dreamland.
